Tomatoes (standard, raw) 53%, Tatashe (long pointed peppers) 34%, Onions 12%, Garlic 1%, Ginger, Scotch Bonnet Pepper. No preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians. Serves 4.

Cooking instructions+
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the jar, mix thoroughly, and sauté for 3–5 minutes. Add your choice of fried or grilled meat, fish or chicken and stock or broth. Season with curry powder, stock cubes, nutmeg, bay leaf, salt and herbs to taste. Simmer 5–10 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta, yam or plantain.
