Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched within 1-2 business days. During busy periods (holidays, promotions) dispatch may take up to 4 business days — we'll always let you know if there's a delay. Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail or a tracked courier and typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £25; otherwise a flat £3.95 delivery fee applies. We currently ship to UK addresses only. Because our stew pots are a food product, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused jars in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars unless the product is faulty. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us confirming the return or replacement.
